1. GlideTrak: Body Weight Supported Treadmill Training System (BWSTT)

GlideTrak is a core product within the Aldavida Mobility portfolio. It is a therapeutic exercise (BWSTT) system designed to support gait training for individuals with Parkinson’s disease, stroke-related impairments, and a broad range of neurologic and orthopedic conditions where people need to learn to walk again. From early steps to athletic training GlideTrak therapeutic exercise can enhance levels of human gait.

The system has been used in hospitals, therapy centers, and home-based therapy, including the Kindred Home Health pilot business program. These applications have provided meaningful field experience and documented client progress across a range of gait-recovery cases.

GlideTrak’s value proposition is based on its ability to provide supported, repetitive gait training in a controlled, fall-free environment. This allows therapists to work with patients who may otherwise be unable to safely participate in intensive walking therapy. The company believes this positions GlideTrak as an important enabling technology for learning to walk again, daily therapeutic exercise, and home-based rehabilitation services.

2. Aldavida Physical Therapy Business (APT)

In 2018 the company operated a Research Center led by Dr Anne Boyd, Dr. Andy Concourse where proprietary gait training programs for stroke and especially Parkinson's were developed. After 2 years of work, the Aldavida Physical Therapy business model took shape to bring these advanced gait-training capabilities directly into patient’s homes, reducing the need for clients with mobility limitations to travel to outpatient clinics where compliance drops to less than 25%GlideTrak Zero Gravity Gait Trainer

Under this model, Aldavida PT placed leased GlideTrak units into patient homes paired with Medicare covered licensed physical therapists trained in Aldavida’s proprietary gait-retraining protocols combined with their best practices therapy programs. This hybrid approach to learning to walk again Is well-studied to offer the best results possible for individuals on the journey to relearning to walk-- without having to drive to a clinic!

In Partnership with Kindred Home Health (et al) a pilot field test of this home based therapy business yielded solid customer acceptance and physical therapist enthusiasm. Importantly, both Part A and Part B Medicare insurance covered gait therapy coding for all tested patients. While Covid and then a sale of Kindred diverted the program, the results of the pilot support management’s belief that a home-based GlideTrak home therapy business model can be both clinically valuable and commercially scalable. Like Luna physical therapy, now passing through $1 billion of Medicare reimbursement, APT is poised to leverage the monumental change in Medicare Part B To reimburse Licensed physical therapy in the home of clients. APT, with the exclusive use of GlideTrak Is the only program designed specifically for operation in the House.

3. GlideCycle: Pioneering Pain-Free Mobility

GlideCycle, our first design, created a mobile weightless walking/running cycle that has transformed the lives of hundreds of clients. With more than 200 million viral views of videos and Periodic media coverage, GlideCycle has become synonymous with freedom and empowerment for individuals whose bodies may not allow traditional outdoor walking or running. The model series includes: The standard GlideCycle X-Runner; The GlidesDale (275 to 350lbs); the QuadraCycle (four Wheel Cycle) and the GlideCycle Child model. An electric assist version is available for all models. From a stand up wheel chair to a powerful athletic running cycle, the GlideCycle does it all.
